Open the App Store
Search for UHF (Or use the link provided)
Install and open the app
Tap Add Playlist, now!
Select Xtream Playlist
Name the playlist anything you like
Choose an icon if you want
Paste the URL from your email
Enter the Username from your email
Enter the Password from your email
Tap Save and wait for the playlist to load
